Made In Portugal

Every Elara piece is cut and sewn in Portugal, in small runs, by people who care how a thing is made. The linen is woven in the north. We'd rather make less, and make it properly.

OUR PROCESS

    Every piece starts from its own pattern, drawn to the proportions and the movement of the body. Before the cloth, the shape.

  2. CUT

    CUT

    Each piece is cut by hand, one at a time, in our atelier in the north of Portugal. No rush, no waste.

  3. STITCH

    STITCH

    Hidden seams, invisible closures, finishes built to outlast the season. This is where the time goes.

  4. FINISH

    Every piece is inspected and finished by hand, one by one, before it goes to the person who'll wear it.
